Sami joined NAPA in 2022 and currently serves as Product Owner, Cloud, Safety Solutions. With a background in design and concept development, he brings strong expertise in user-centered product strategy, and digital service creation. At NAPA, he focuses on developing scalable cloud solutions that connect ship and shore operations, translating complex safety and operational needs into practical, user-driven technology. He holds a Master of Arts in Strategic and Industrial Design from Aalto University.
Jussi SILTANEN
Head of Training, Safety Solutions, NAPA.
Jussi has been with NAPA since 2017. He currently leads training at NAPA Safety Solutions, focusing on developing new training modules that support the safe and effective use of NAPA tools. Jussi brings a deep understanding of ship operations, maritime regulations, and emerging digital technologies, combining technical insight with real-world operational knowledge to support safer, smarter fleets.
