Our Naval Architects are at your service, five days a week.

Since we know that time is money, we focus to serve our customers as quickly as possible. Almost 90% of the customer service cases are resolved within one working day.

Tips for contacting

  • Remote connection session, for example, Teamviewer or Skype for Business can be used to solve problems efficiently.
  • Our extranet provides a secure file sharing framework for confidential documentation and data. It is highly recommended to use this file sharing with all the NAPA databases and ship specific documentation. All communication, documentation and data will be handled strictly confidentially.
  • Limit for email attachment size is up to 25 Mb. Should you send or receive any files larger than that, please inform us about it when contacting us.
