NAPAnet sign-up instructions

Creating your NAPAnet account

  1. Go to www.napa.fi.
  2. Select Sign In at the right-top corner.
  3. Select Go to NAPAnet.
    –> Log-in/Sign-up page opens.
  4. Select Sign Up tab.
  5. Enter your business email address and a password, and then select SIGN UP.
    –> You get an email from NAPA Authentication (napa@auth.napa.fi).

    Note)
    • Do not enter your private email address. We accept the request only when we confirm the email address is for a valid NAPA user organization.
    • Students cannot make NAPAnet accounts.
    • The password you entered will be used for logging in to NAPAnet.

     

  6. If you are redirected to Request Access to NAPAnet page, enter your information, and select Submit.
    Note)
    • You are redirected to Request Access to NAPAnet page if your account information is not found in our registration system.

     

  7. Select Confirm my account in the email you get in Step 5.
    –> After a while, you get an email from customer.service@napa.fi notifying your NAPAnet registration is completed. Then you are ready to access to NAPAnet.

    Note)
    • It may take some time depending on NAPA customer support staff’s availability.

 

Logging in to NAPAnet

  1. Go to www.napa.fi/
  2. Select Sign In at the right-top corner.
  3. Select Go to NAPAnet.
    –> Log-in/Sign-up page opens.
  4. Select Log In tab.
  5. Enter your email address and password, and select LOG IN.
