Terms and Conditions

Please note that by submitting the registration form, you accept the following cancellation policy: Registered delegates who do not attend or who cancel after 11th March 2026, are liable for the entire meeting fee. All cancellations must be made by email: safetysummit@napa.fi. Another person from your organization may take your place at the meeting, at no extra charge. Please notify us in case of any changes by email: safetysummit@napa.fi.

You consent that by entering the event premises, you may appear in the photography and video recordings. Those can be used for NAPA’s marketing purposes anonymously.

The standard Participation Cost is 1000€ (incl. VAT). The participation cost is paid with credit card after the registration, according to the instructions in the confirmation email and also as stated on the event page. If the credit card payment is not possible, the meeting fee can be also invoiced after the meeting.

The Participation Cost includes:

• Summit meeting facilities
• Breakfasts, lunches and refreshments on Summit days: 24 and 25 March
• Opening Dinner on Monday, 23 March 2026
• Summit day Dinners: Tuesday (24 March 2026) and Wednesday (25 March 2026)
• 2 x Outdoor Activities on 24 and 25 March 2026
• Transfers to the venue and back to Kuusamo Airport on pre-scheduled dates and time (opt in via registrations form

The price includes VAT which is non-deductible. The participation will be invoiced after the meeting.
