Tommi has been with NAPA since 2000, taking on various roles in product development and customer-partnership projects. Currently, he leads the development of NAPA Logbook and related solutions. With deep expertise in ship operations, electronic systems, and onboard regulations, he blends software and operations to deliver practical solutions onboard and onshore. He holds an M.S. in Naval Architecture.

Jussi has been with NAPA since 2017. He currently leads training at NAPA Safety Solutions, focusing on developing new training modules that support the safe and effective use of NAPA tools. Jussi brings a deep understanding of ship operations, maritime regulations, and emerging digital technologies, combining technical insight with real-world operational knowledge to support safer, smarter fleets.
