Technical Consultant Trainees

For our office in Helsinki, Finland we are seeking Technical Consultant Trainees.
We have great part-time and summer job opportunities in the Services function of NAPA Design Solutions. In this job you will provide technical customer service for our clients operating in the global shipbuilding and maritime industry. This means in practice for example answering to technical questions regarding our ship design solutions and solving ship design-related problems. You will also provide internal support (such as software testing) for our other functions, Development and Sales of NAPA Design Solutions.

The part-time job (for example a day per week) can be started as soon as possible or during spring 2020. The job will be full-time during the summer months of 2020, or according to the agreement.
THESE HELP YOU TO SUCCEED IN THIS JOB:
• Major in naval architecture or ship structures
• Interest in ship stability and structures
• Excellent or very good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in close co-operation with other team members
Seen as a plus:
• Interest in software development and programming
• Some knowledge of NAPA software
• Interest in a career in the international shipbuilding industry
