Customer Success Specialist

NAPA software is used by shipyards, owners, designers, operators and charterers, classification societies, research institutes, authorities, consultancies and universities. NAPA has over 400 user organizations for design applications and more than 2,500 installations onboard.
For our office in Helsinki, Finland, we are seeking a Customer Success Specialist.
As a member of the global Shipping Solutions Services Team, you will be working independently on Fleet Intelligence projects with sales, development and our customers. Fleet Intelligence is a voyage monitoring, reporting, analysis and optimization solution for fleet management.
You work onboarding new and existing customers to NAPA Fleet Intelligence platform. You support existing users and assist them in generating value. You work as a conduit between customers and development providing user insights to development.
You also work closely with sales for turning the trials into commercial projects, and in expanding within existing customers. You participate in generating sales material and user support documentation like FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and videos.
What do you need to succeed in this job?

- General understanding of ship operations and/or Naval Architecture
- Previous work experience in the field of maritime
- Project Management experience
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Interest to learn a new domain
You are a person with excellent collaboration skills, who wants to take the initiative and responsibility for their work.
At NAPA our working language is English, so you need to have fluent written and oral English skills. We also expect you to have a valid work permit for Finland. Your customers are mostly located in Europe and some travel is expected for this position.
