NAPA User Meeting 2017

Again this year we expect a large number of NAPA users and experts from all over the marine industry to attend the NAPA User Meeting.

Meeting Overview

Please see the User Meeting program showing the schedule and the titles of the presentations and workshops.

If not otherwise mentioned in the program, the presentations will be held by NAPA staff.

Meeting Fee                                               

The meeting fee is 1250 € / person.

Fee includes

  • Attendance in all three meeting days
  • Meeting documents
  • Lunches and refreshments
  • Attendance in the Get-Together Party on Monday
  • Dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

 The price includes VAT 24 %. An invoice will be sent to you after the meeting.

Helsinki offers a wide range of hotels – to assist our guests, we have secured a block reservation from Clarion Hotel, Helsinki. Please note that June is a high season in Helsinki and an early reservation is recommended.

Prices includes buffet breakfast and VAT.

Hotel reservation conditions

Special room rates are available when the Campaign Code NAPA is mentioned when making the reservation. Special room rate is valid until 22 May 2017.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that by submitting the Registration Form, you accept the following cancellation policy:

Registered delegates who do not attend or who cancel after 1 May, 2017 are liable for the entire Meeting Fee. All cancellations must be made in writing.

Another person from your organization may take your place at the meeting, at no extra charge. Please notify us of any changes in writing.
