For our office in Galati, Romania we are seeking a


Join NAPA ICT Service Desk! We have a great opportunity for an IT Support Technician who’s main task is to provide technical assistance and support related to Windows computer systems, hardware and various applications used at NAPA. You will be responsible for providing global technical assistance and support for incoming IT Service Desk requests either in person or remotely over the phone, Skype or email depending on the situation. You will also be responsible for handling IT related matters, such as physical installations, network connections and other tasks in Galati office in co-operation with the rest of the IT team located in Finland.

Skills we hope you to have are knowledge of computer hardware, peripheral devices, Microsoft Windows (10 and 7) troubleshooting, basic understanding of networks and good general knowledge of Microsoft Windows (10 and 7). In order to succeed in this position, you’ll need to have a systematic approach to troubleshooting and you should be able to find solutions to various problems in an efficient manner. You should also be able to spot inconsistencies in our environment and react to them accordingly. Good communication & people skills are needed and eagerness to learn and improve continuously are must. As we operate in an international environment, you need to have an excellent level of written and spoken English. Relevant education in information technology or relevant experience from the field helps you to succeed in this position. Applications from newly graduated candidates are also welcome.
